Worst Branch in Pretoria east

Worst service I have experienced at Capitec Denlyn branch, especially the Branch Manager, Portia Malatsi. My mother an elderly woman bedridden, had issues with her Card. The heartless people refused to help her telephonically and requested that she come to the branch knowing her condition. She was asked to leave the vehicle with a wheelchair to be helped inside the branch. I was advised a few days earlier that an elderly person was helped at home with a similar condition to my mothers without a hassle.
