Worst bank on Earth
This is the worst and most unorganised bank you can ever find. They are completely unwilling to assist their customers.
There was *****ulent activity where 20k of my savings was ******. 15k was directly transferred into a bank account at capitec.
When I called the ***** department I was treated as if I was the ********, and they only deactivated the app on my phone which I was able to get back into immediately after.
This treatment has continued throughout the entire process, where they protect the ******** that stole from me and blame me for what happened and do nothing to help. They still have not given anyone the details of the ******** that stole the money - he probably works at capitec.
Stay as far away from these useless people as you can. Unless you are a ********, then they will be your best allies.

I keep getting told to go into the bank, then the bank says I must phone the ***** department and then the cycle repeats.
I really don't understand why you don't just give the police the information of the person that stole from me. It's absolutely insane that I have to go to the police station to get them to give you a subpoena... Why are you protecting the one that stole from me? I wonder how much money they have used your services to ***** from other people.
The first person I called that first night should not be working there. She didn't freeze the bank account of the one that stole my money. Useless.
