Worst Bank of the WORST

I had a loan with capitec bank and when i lost my job their insurance did not want to pay it up.Then i took it like a man and pay it up.I was left with my credit card wgich i was using all along so now they blocked my credit card tellng me that they have sequestrated my credit card.

Now im working again they blocked all my money which i transfered in to my credit card.I cant access it.When i try to tell them to close my account they telling me to bring my payslip and contract.

When i ask them to close the credit card since its aid up and doesnt have arrears,.They still tell me to bring my payslip.What do they want on my payslip.
