Worst bank in south africa

Worst back ever I went to go withdraw cash this morning at a CAPITEC ATM this morning at gezina galleries around 10:15 and the ATM put the transaction for cash withdrawal and the SMS notification went off on my phone and when it came to the ATM to give my money it's cancelled the transaction and didn't give my cash and I had to go log at a query at Capitec bank at gezina galleries branch and they told me it usually take 1 hour to reverse it's been 2 hours and no money reversal I went back a second time to go find out what's going on and they told me it can take from 1 hour up to 24 hours I'm really unhappy and I need my money very urgently so much for good service from Capitec I'm really disappointed and unhappy I feel that this waiting period must be fixed Capitec is the worst bank ever and I've been banking with Capitec for years and never had any problems like this before
