WORST BANK IN SA: CAPITEC BANK

I'm really appalled by the level of service capitec bank offers their clients. They don't serve a star from me. I'm amazed I even stayed this long with them and tolerated this poor service for years. Their system ALWAYS has a problem, ALWAYS! I even went to two different branches (Nigel and Sandton City) and it's the exact same thing. I spent an 1h30mins with the consultant, who was very nice and trying to assist me. Even worse the emails were not even working at all, I had to be told to go look for an internet cafe to print out a document. You guys need to do better for your employees and your clients. I'm officially parting ways with you guys, I deserve better!!!
