WORST BANK IN SA - CAPITEC

The worst bank ever! I’ve banked with this bank for over 10 years and the first time ever sending money into an incorrect account, the bank has sent me back and fourth with no assistance. They made life extremely difficult for me and still no hope that I will receive my money. The manager there told me I sent the money out of my own good will, even though I didn’t know that the money I’m sending is going into a frozen account. How is that my problem?! When all was a misunderstanding and only asking for a reversal? The receiver even agreed to let Capitec give me my money but Capitec will not assist. WORST BANK!
