Worst bank in SA❗❗❗❗❗

I will never recommend this bank to anybody❗❗❗❗my husband has a loan with them which goes of via debt order all of a sudden we find out that they put him up as an inconsistent payer with can never be the case as it has always been debted on agreed date. Now we are trying to fix it with no luck as we get sent from 1 person to another. You get no answers at all
