worst Bank for business people.
As an Mercantile customer for more than 20 years. And now part of Capitec that bought the business banking part of mercantile it is a sad day that the service received from mercantile is light years ahead of capitec for business owners.
Capitec fail to provide me as business owner with any relationship whatsoever they do not understand how business work and they fail to help me in a very competitive market.
It takes one of a pool of business consultants weeks to process any application.
Best business bank i had is now the worst. i will be looking at other banks.
