Worst bank for a business account

So my wife has been trying to open a business account with Capitec seeing that she has been a long standing client on a personal account. It's been 2 weeks and 4 consultants later and nothing has been done yet. How hard can it be to open an account. Strange that with FNB it doesn't even take 5 hours to open a business account.
