Worst bank ever witholding my money

I complaint that capitec put a limit on my account, and the changed it on saterday(21/11/2015) so i bought some stuff and next day sunday it said im exeeding my limit after they put my limit on maximum! Now i need the cash urgently and theres nothing i can do cause the branch closes as 2 pm on sunday and call centre manager tshepo just say they have people on standby that work with these things but they wont come out for this! So i mean am i this unimportant ?? They dont care about clients induvidually only when it affects allot of people! So bassicly i need the money today and capitec is witholding it! Nothing i can do. Now i cant even complain about this because i recently complained and forced to complain from my gorlfriends hello peter account
