Worst bank ever. My funeral plan was declined due to being one day short to meet the six months waiting period!!!

Capitec is a very cruel bank which does not care about its clients. I have a funeral plan with Capitec and my claim was declined because my policy was one day short to meet the six month waiting period. Really Capitec!!! This was really a cruel and pathetic of you especially because i bank with you and have facilities with you. My profile alone makes you lot of money than the money i was claiming. To say and to be made aware that you take no responsibility and accountability in your funeral plans was disturbing.
