Worst bank Ever!

I have requested for assistance for over a month month now and I was given a million references but with no turn around time, I was told of backlogs and told that they can’t get hold of me. I’ve called so many times to the call Centre explained how I would like to be assisted but they still claim they can’t get hold of my to verify information about it’s me but they have all my details and I told them which amount and date I would like to do a reversal on but they taking two months till they can finally say it’s long for the reversal to be done but I’ve requested assistance agars ago. Clearly one can not relay on capetic as a bank!!!
