Worst bank ever
I am so unhappy with this bank. On the 26th of November 2023 I sent money from capitec to my nedbank account with immediate payment. I have been calling capitec sinxe the 27th of November 2023 but i still haven't received the funds. They keep on saying that the matter has been escalated everytime i call them. I dont knkw how long i must now wait until i get my money. I am seriously mad because they know where my money is and i want it.
