Worst bank ever

I haven't received this call yet and I had to make a call to capote the staff attitude stinks and keep repeating the same thing to me over and over I need my money???? I had to ask the lady on the 4th call if I should continue using the same card accountyyet I supposed to be told this Information.... Again I will say I have things to do and need my money urgently I cannot go on another day not having funds in my account the complaint person I spoke to seems like they unsure what they doing and then to be told there was more money taken from my account and they are being calm about it why??? And when I queried that transaction she didn't speak of it why?? Is this the bank I am dealing with irresponsible behavior ever since I made a new card with you why take on customera if you can't assist us when we need you as you are our bank.

Still haven't heard from you and my bank balance is zero? My card hasn't been stopped till date? What the hell is going on?? I need my money your app is ****ing bul**** useless bank I should of listen to alot of people and never banked with you now I'm left with **** all cos of you wrogues... Till date not a call nothing what investigation is being done wit**** money you taking form my account??? Why was my card not stopped????? I need an answer from you guys I work hectic shifts and cannot be chasing you for my feedback like ****ing seriously????

Hello Peter please can you assist as I haven't heard from them and it's already 5 days and nothing done as my account is still being hacked into and their app is useless works when it wants and does what it wants and I have no money and in need of help. Thanks
