Worst bank ever!

Capitec bank told me that my account has been involved in a **** & they have put my money on hold. I have provided proof that I had nothing to do with it. I went to the bank they told me to contact the forensic department ( I have been calling every week to see if there are any updates by they keep on saying they are waiting for the person who reported me to send his affidavit. Then froze my money without telling me or even getting proof from the person who says I ****med him. They not even investigating every time I call they say they still waiting for the person to bring affidavit??? My question is that what if the person doesn’t bring the proof ??? What hurts the most Is that I have been Capitec’s Client for over 3 years now & they treat me like this ?? I have made my peace with it that I will never get my money back !! Just want to say I won’t recommend Capitec to anyone !
