Worst bank ever!!!

a year ago, actually one year and 2 months ago my capitec account got blocked because of someone from overseas trying to hack my account

When I call they say give us 24 hours, or 48 whatever.

They never call back. When I check my banking app again after the amount of hours passed, it's still not working

When I visit the bank they put me on the line with head office people and it people because it's not something they can fix in the bank.

Hoe on earth Am I supposed to live? To eat? I got kicked out of my apartment, with my small baby en Fiance because I couldn't pay the rent and I'm the only one working.

I pay in my capitec account every month put I can't access it. It's a huge amount of money in my account.

I'm going to the newspaper with this. You destroyed my life!!!!!!!!!!! I have every single agent that "helped" me, names Every branch I visited I spoke to the manager I have theirs names. I'll put everything in the article.
