Worst Bank Ever

there is a reason why we have companies where people can save their money, which are banks. My colleague's bank was emptied yesterday and all her savings gone!! Capitec how does that happen without her permission? the same things is happening to a lot of people and you are doing nothing about it. I don't regret leaving this bank.. am beyond shock and its flippin January,what is she supposed to do
