Worst Bank Ever!
On the 4th of October 2022 I tried to settle my loan account with Capitec and they wanted to charge me more than I currently owe them to settle the account. They are the worst and readiest bank I have ever dealt with. They do not stick to arrangements and are bombastic and rude. This is not what was promised me when I took out the loan. If you are charging me more than I owe - what is the use of me settling the account?
