Worst bank ever!

<p>I recently took out a loan with capitec bank, but the idiot I dealt with told me it would work out cheaper for me if I opened a savings account with them and have my debit orders changed over. So i believed her and did that. </p> <p> </p> <p>On the 25th of the following month my debit order for the loan went off my Standard Bank account. so why the hell would she tell me to change my debit orders and open a useless savings account and credit card?</p> <p> </p> <p>So like a week or two later I go into the bank wanting to settle my credit card (which I had not used but was charged banking charges) So i wanted to settle the amount owed and close it. One girl told me I can pay the amount and then she can cancel it. Another girl told me she cannot do that according to what her manager said. She then also called the call center and the person said that even if i did settle the account it would take 48 to 60 business days to cancel the credit card. what the actual hell? for an account I did not use?</p> <p> </p> <p>Then in the months to follow I've noticed that NONE of my debit orders that this useless people changed, has ever gone off this account. and then I need to pay the accounts.</p> <p> </p> <p>I NEED TO GET THIS ACCOUNTS CANCELLED!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>useless bank!</p>
