Worst bank ever

They sent me an SMS to provide them with documents for source of funds on Friday the 10th with due date of the 15/11/2023. I sent them the documents Same day Friday but they put my account on soft freeze before the due date. I spent 3 and half hours on the road where their TEAM LEADER TLHARI NGOVENI was not helpful and ended up ignoring me. @night, alone on the road. The trauma i experience due to their incompetence. People usually say CAPITEC is a bad bank but i would disagree. This time, they proved they are bad. I lost airtime of almost R250.00 and TRAUMATISED. . .
