WORST BANK EVER

So today I get a call from a Capitec Representative saying that they are calling from their ***** prevention line and they want the code that was sent to my phone to stop the ***** on my account. I was hesitant at first but he kept insisting that they need to code to stop the ***** on my account. I gave the code and next minute Rxx goes off my account. Firstly how did these people gain access to my account details including my card number and cvv number. I contact capitec and they say there is nothing they can do. Worst bank ever.
