Worst bank ever!

<p>Capitec bank has now ticked me off... for the last time! For instance, the application and mobile banking, we have prepaid electricity at home and we were running low, so i decided to use the app as per usual... it would not let me put up more than R30 at a time, meaning its more expensive and as soon as I select a higher amount it fails, then money gets deducted from your account bit no code? So now you cant go to the vendor to buy because you dont have money, the client care number gives you a dissconection tone when you call it or you just get dissconected during the call! When you send an E-mail you get a message that says they will look into it? But then no reply? Utter pathetic, useless, im switching to a bank that has there things together... not going to deal with this monopoly bank anymore...</p>
