Worst Bank Ever

I have always only defended Capitec bank but after my most recent experience with them i will never ever recommend them to anyone. I would rather tell people to open an account with a different bank...

My account was closed due to ***** being made on a lady's account who paid money to my mom who then paid money into my account. On Friday I went to the branch in Waverley with all the documentation they requested where I got told its Friday they wont be able to help me and that I should wait 5-30 days...Today I went to the gezina branch the lady helping me told me my account is open but they are offline so I need to come back to update my banking app,I went into my app when capitec was back online and my account was still blocked...I then called the call centre which said that I need to send another affidavit and then they will see if they will open my account. The lady's account on which the ***** was committed is already open and she withdrew the ***** case but my and my moms account are still being blocked
