Worst bank ( Capitec Bank )

Capitec bank, where do I begin, worst bank I have ever delt with. My bank account was cloned last month and every time you phone them to follow up on the incident thay say that they still busy with investigations, come on why does standard bank and Ned bank and even absa I have heard of sorting a problem like this out in less then a week. I had a problem with my account for over a year I had to leave work for two weak early to go and sit in the branch and cuase a fight for them to sort out after more then a year. Discused
