Worst bank

I would just like to say that Capitec is the worst. I reported a transaction almost immediately asking them to return it, in Octber 2023. They said i must go to the police for a case number. The banks can referse a payment that was made within a certain time. Because of you employees not willing to do a reveral i lost everything. I got a private investigator in as well. They gave the bank and ombudsman all the information and more needed in this case. Now the ombutsman tells me sorry the bank won't pay my money back. I truly think that some of your employees work with these people ****ming us. That is why they did not want to help me do a reversal. I will not refer anyone to capitec bank. I will tell everyone what kind of service Capitec gives their clients. And another thing why did it take so long (5 months).
