Worst bad customer service

I'm still waiting for them to contact standard bank to speak with their client to return my money as the customer does have any problem doing so but their not even doing that they are still tell me on emails that the are still investigating for the past 20 days that bad service I need that R1000 they must help me I'm their client and as soon as they are done I'm living them thier the worst bank that big have delt with
