WORST ATM AND CUSTOMER SER!!!
I can't believe how Capitec"s staff and ATM machines CAN BE SO ***********. HOW CAN YOUR CAPITEC STAFF WATCH ME USE AN ATM THAT DOESN'T PROCESS WITHDRAWALS THEN ACTS DUMP WHEN SHE JUST ATTENDED A CLIENT WITH THE SAME CASE USING THE SAME ATM?? AS PER REFERENCE NUMBER ***. I WANT MY MONEY IN 24 CAPITEC. YOUR IS NOT EVEN BOTHERED BY THE INCONVENIENCE. IS THAT HOW YOY TRAIN WORKERS TO TREAT CUSTOMERS???? I WANT MY MONEY REVERSED WITHOUT CHARGESS!!!
