Worse service in Capitec business division Mercantile

The bank service is very very poor, I went to open a business account in Mercantile bank Menlyn branch a business division of Capitec bank to open an account took more than 10 days and even now the account is not yet open. Tried to reach out to the branch manager with no success. As small business owner I don't recommend any small business owner to open account with Mercantile
