Worse Service Ever

Capitec is the Worst Bank Ever...they are bunch of useless Consultants. On the 6th of November 2020 Money was deposited into my account. Instead of receiving R5000.00 I received R500.00 I had to call them Yesterday, they fed me the line of 14 days the matter will be resolved. I just called them just now was put on hold for 23 minutes. They made the error and not me. They'll promise to do a follow up and will tell you nonsense about the matter being Escalated and being a Priority. I need that money and I should have paid my rent that's been overdue already!!! Can u help me resolve this matter?

Can u report this to the ombudsmen? This is really an inconvince!!!
