Worse service

Worse experience ever... I went and deposit money at the atm... While busy with my transaction boom loading shedding... I went to the branch and tell... They called the ho... They said the can't pick it up... They asign some1 to assist me... But what's the worse part I have to wait now 5 working days... So that they can investigate... I have to be stranded now...??... Y do they have to take days to assist me.... Isn't that worse and frustrating?????.... BAD SERVICE ever....
