Worse security service at capital bank

This is the worse bank ever poor security services.

I wish to formally escalate my complaint regarding an unauthorised deduction of R650 from my Capitec account by Rain. I had already cancelled my Rain account/service, and despite the cancellation, an amount of R650 was subsequently deducted from my account. I approached Capitec for assistance and was advised that I should change my bank card. I am dissatisfied with this response because changing my bank card does not address the R650 that was already deducted from my account, nor does it explain why the deduction was allowed after I had cancelled the Rain service.
