Worse Complaints Management Dept Ever

Roxanne is the worst complaint Manager ever...i have been dealing with her since the query was allocated to her and she has not phoned me not even once since she received the query. firstly she emailed me to say that the query has been resolved cause and she never phoned me to get my side of the story then i had to call her for her to understand what exactly is happening. i have been calling the whole time since she was going to get back to me A week ago then everytime i call she's in a meeting of gone to the Bathroom. I don't leave messages for her cause she never gets back to me. CAPITEC BANK you have the worst service ever known to mankind. I AM NOW BEING LISTED BECAUSE OF YOUR INCOMPETENCE...
