Worse bank ever

Once again capitec has done it worse than before. I put a review on here and after 3 days they called just to be told they are looking into it. I have now received a mail stating closed but when you call to find out from the number provided they tell me it is still being investigated.

Then the agent comes back to me after holding 21 mins to be told she will put me through to a Team leader just for her to drop the line. Ja ne they warned me about Capitec but I didn't listen look at this mess now
