Bad service from Capitec bank ***** division

I was ****med 😭 R33 000.00 23/04/ 24 from my capitec account. I called capitec ***** division to assist me with the matter was told Register a case with Saps and I did as instructed. Capitec failed to recover my funds and failed to reimburse me as their client 😢 they kept on saying my case has been closed. Banking ombudsman will deal with you ******!
