Won't release funds for no reason

I have had a worse service from capitec in stellenbosch in capetown,my fiance went to send me funds acquired from Sars, everything went well except even today I am waiting for the funds to reflect on my account, the funds are stuck on pending for more than a week now, they don't even bother to let me know how is the hold up.

Capitec please solve this issue it's just frustating, and need someone to investigate this matter
