Wonderful service

To whom it may concern, I am writing this feedback to acknowledge the great service rendered by Miss Palesa Thwala at the Capitec branch in Katlehong Hlahatsi. The lady is the epitome of good service. The last time I felt I had to give Capitec feedback was on a bad note and I had told myself that I would switch banks, to my surprise I met this pleasant person who you can tell really loves her job. I didn’t even have to go inside… efficient and friendly she really made my day.

P.S. I don’t mind getting a call from you guys this time around.
