<p>I experienced great service from Louise at Capitec bank today. She was friendly, efficient and I did not have to wait long in the queue to open a bank account. I was really impressed when her colleague ( I think her manager) personally came to welcome me to Capitec. What a pleasant experience, thank you!</p>
