Won't give loans to people

Hello i have saw a loan on googled one day and at the bottom it said capitec the loan was an unsecured loan for blacklisted people and they said they give loans from between R150000 and R250000 and so then I thought I would send in a application for the loan and then use it what I needed to use it for, and then just pay that loan back seeing that it was for blacklisted people aswell and then yesterday I got a sms message on my phone I can not get the loan so I advice people not to even bother applying for a loan by them because even through they show blacklisted people also welcome they always show them the door on any loan that they may apply for.
