Withheld Account with no reason

Capitec incident number ***7 We have submitted affidavits requesting the hold to be released on the Capitec account that belongs Mr Justice Mathebula as it's a stokvel account and members are awaiting their payments, Capitec is holding the account and not releasing stokvel funds, there are no incidents against Mr Mathebula and is not committing *****, it's a purs stokvel that us we are trying to make something from the little we have, once again there are affidavits requesting the hold to be released on this account so members can be paid their stokvel monies, Capitec has no reasons holding the funds. Am disappointed in Capitec and how they conduct their business regarding this matter at hand.
