withdrew money but did not receive it at the capitec atm sophia town

I am disgusted by capitec and their ATMs . on the 25th i transferred R2500 to my husbands account. After work i stopped at the capitec ATM in sophia town to withdraw but the ATM kept saying , " INVALID PIN. This happened about 3 times. eventually the atm said please take your card. i walked back to the car to call my husband to confirm his pin just to double check . i then went to the absa bank across the capitec atm to check the balance and it showed balance of R50. i then called the capitec 24 hr number but was on hold 10 mins i dropped the call and attempted again to call but was on hold again about 15 min. the next day on the 26th myself and my husband went to the branch in Brixton spoke to a consultant who has the same name as mine but with an 's' . she then called someone and they told her that the money was with drawn at the atm in sophia town and that there is nothing they can do. i asked the lady to get cc footage so we can see at he atm who took the money as i ddnt get it she then told me to go to the shopping center and ask them for footage. my money is gone and no one gives a damn . im changing my bank because capitec is not trust worthy and cannot assist their clients.
