Withdrawal shortage query

I recently complained about how my query was dealt with but I must say the urgency put on the complaint was amazing. I was phoned by a lady I didn’t get her name and then 2days after I think, I was refunded, as an ex banker I don’t think it would be fair to say the Capitec sucks based on one rare incident. I bank with them and I will continue to bank with Capitec as it makes sense how they do business.
