withdrawal reversal

<p>I am struggling to get assistance from capitec bank. I did cash withdrawal yesterday the money was deducted from my account how ever the receipt said withdrawal have been cancelleed. Since ysterday no one from capitec is willing to assist. I am been told by system been ofline. This is very inconviniencing as i cannot reverse money back from cellphone and help from branch. Capitec call center is not operational to assit with anything. No one answer the calls from call centre. At the moment the ATM are also not operational. Nothing seem not to be working. As a client i am really frustrated as my life have stoped because this bank is no where</p>
