Withdrawal dispute
Hi , On Wednesday the 31September 2022 I withdraw money in on of Capitec ATM in Randburg so what happened is ... I inserted my card on the ATM and it asked me for a pin , which I put and then ask for an amount , I put R2000 then it gave me back my card and started making that sound like when the money is about to come out until it stopped but money never came out. I didn't get the money but I got a notification that the money was out.
So I went to the branch they were still closed but I waited till they open , I was told to wait for seven days. They gave me a reference number and I got an sms saying my withdrawal dispute have been logged. So today I got an sms saying my withdraw dispute have been declined.

"Hello, Ms. Mgidi

My name is Mamello, I will be investigating your ATM/DNR/NCR service request and aim to resolve this for you by 09/09/2022.
I will be in touch to give you any feedback.
Kind regards"
And today it is the 09/09/2022 but didn't received feedback at all so it means this incident of mine it is not taken seriously. I lost a whole R2000 and no one is saying anything about it, this R2000 might be little to you guys but to me it's a lots. I was supposed to pay for my expenses but couldn't because of one of ur ATM and I'm now broke. Not all of all are getting high salary that we wouldn't mind losing such, some of us it's very hard and every cent counts.
So can I get feedback?
