Withdraw Fail
I withdrew or atleast attempted to withdraw my own money that I worked hard for at a Standard Bank ATM using my capitec card as I would normally do when a Capitec atm is out of order which is 80% of the time. This time around money was deducted from my account and I have not received the money from the atm. After calling standard bank who referred me to capitec none of the banks can assist me in getting my money back and is now saying it can take up to 30 days to investigate not guaranteeing that I will get my money. Hello Peter please help me get my money back.
