Withdraw but no cash

<p>I have withdrawn R1500 from a standard bank teller on the N1 north terminal STDA7621 at 04:52:45pm on friday 27/01 it did not give me the money, although i noticed that it did take the moeny out of my account!!! I contacted capitec via a call and spoke to Ignatius ref ********** 1 and i also did forward the slip as attached here you can clearly see on the slip it shows requested R1500 and dispensed R0.00 please i need my money back i have 3 kids at home and i have many responsibilities i can't just go around and give money away!!!</p>
