With regards to my previous review, by friday the hold on my account was lifted, however my child support grant didnt reflect, according to capitec the funds were reversed to sassa due to my account not being able to receive any credits at the time, they now telling me to take it up with sassa, so now i must go stand in a line at 3am to find out what happened to my money, i would understand all the above if i was given a valid reason for my account being blocked, but nobody can tell me why, i submitted everything that was required of me, such as bank statements, proof of payments, invoices, orders, proof of stock purchased, proof of address and affidavids.
