with a negative straight balance of (R-3038.42)

PLEASE explain the following to me… and please no rhetoric & standard speech. I want specific explanation because I am specific questions.

Received a SMS on 15 June 2021 saying that "Payment of R1 881.35 into CREDI CARD; Avail R955.71; 15- Jun."

BUDGET PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT (as shown on my account today, 15 July 2021) Original amount: R 26 438.42 Monthly instalment: R 747.87 Interest rate: 15.25% Remaining term: 48 months Original term: 48 months Date added: 24/06/2021 (PLEASE NOTE THIS DATE). ___________________________________________________________________________________ SO PLEASE EXPLAIN THE FOLLOWING: - 1. an SMS received on 21 June 2021 saying that "Payment of R3 038.42 will be collected by DebitbOrder on 15Jul:" 2. an SMS received on 12 July 2021 saying that "Payment of R1 738.42 will be collected by DebitbOrder on 15-Jul-2021:" 3. an SMS received on 15 July 2021 saying that "Payment of R3 038.42 into CREDIT CARD, Avail R2 600 15-Jul." – with a negative straight balance of (R-3038.42).

And yet my BUDGET PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT, as set out above… for R26 438.42 does not seem to change (decease) & yet I am charged interest for using the Avail R2 600… then why did you debit my account for R3038.42 because it is not 10% of anything and it not part of the budget payment arrangement, as outlined above?

Please can I understand, why my account is being debited and yet no difference is reflecting on my BUDGET PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT? This is the 2nd time this has happened, and no explanation was offered instead… I am given a rhetoric & standard speech about how the account usually works, but no real answers…
