Witch phoned me threatening legal action because they don't want to reduce my instalment

<p>So some rude Yandiswa woman, whose name actually popped up in a search for a certain number, called me now to tell me that Capitec cannot reduce my loan instalment, despite a real increase in my monthly expenditure owing to a variety of factors. That rude woman then threatened legal action against me as if I had said I will not pay them altogether when in fact I intend paying them most of the monthly instalment owing - I just can't afford the full instalment anymore. </p> <p> </p> <p>Pull your customer service agents in line, Capitec.</p>
