Wife's death
My wife passed away on the 6 sept. I am now trying to close out her bank account. I have contacted Capitec and they insisting that i need a letter of authority which is acquired at the court. I have informed them that i am recovering from COVID myself and cannot be out in the public space, yet they persist with their request. So annoying. I promise never to return to this bank. Very COVID unfriendly!!!!
