Why Why Why????

This is a very difficult thing for me to do, I have been banking with Capitec for over 6 years. I have always been a big fan of the bank. Even over the past weekend I even recommended Capitec to a mother that wants to open an account for her baby son. Let's say I have always been a big advocate for the bank, because I have always received great service from them. So today I went to the Capitec branch close to my office to apply for a loan. And they don't even want to possess my application. Because I don't have an ID with my new surname on. And they will not accept a copy of my Marriage certificate. I have always stayed in line with Rules and I accept that there are many rules in life. But here I sit, it's me, I have FICA'd my account at the same branch using the same copy of my marriage certificate.<br> <br> I mean, its me, there is a pic of me on the screen, my finger prints are used for the account, how much more do you want?? I am the one that will pay the loan, MY money gets paid into MY capitec bank account....<br> <br> <br> SOOO PLEASE EXPLAIN TO ME WHY THEY DID NOT WANT TO EVEN START MY APPLICATION???<br>
